This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website escudoweb.com and the other digital channels owned by Escudo Web Software, S.L. (hereinafter, the "Website").
Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of all the provisions set out in this legal notice, in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose and scope
The purpose of the Website is to present Escudo Web's products and services in the field of educational technology, and to make it easier to get in touch with the company. It is informative and commercial in nature; it does not constitute a binding offer nor an online contracting channel.
Information about products, services and projects published on the Website is provided for general information purposes. The specific terms of each supply, licence or service are governed by the corresponding contract, proposal or tender documentation, which shall prevail over the content of this Website in the event of any discrepancy.

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for those areas or services requiring registration or credentials, whose use is governed by their own particular terms.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Website is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the owner. Only viewing, and downloading or printing copies for personal and private use, are permitted, without altering them or removing any proprietary notices they carry.
Third-party names that may appear on the Website — such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, Critical Links, UNICEF or UNOPS — are cited for information purposes and belong to their respective owners.
