Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
In short: this website does not use cookies. We install no cookies of our own or from third parties, we use no analytics or advertising tools, and we build no browsing profiles. That is why you will not see any consent pop-up: there is nothing to consent to.

1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in a visitor's browser. It makes it possible to remember information across pages or between visits: from a chosen language to browsing behaviour for statistical or advertising purposes.
Alongside cookies there are other technologies with an equivalent function, such as tracking pixels, web beacons or browser local storage. Where this policy refers to cookies, it refers to all of these as well.
2. Cookies used on this website
None. The website escudoweb.com does not install cookies in your browser, neither its own nor third-party ones. Specifically:
- No technical cookies. The site is static and does not need to maintain a session, remember preferences or identify visitors across pages.
- No analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other audience measurement tool. We do not know how many people visit us or what path they follow.
- No advertising or profiling cookies. We display no advertising, we share no data with advertising networks and we build no behavioural profiles.
- No embedded third-party content. The videos on these pages are hosted on our own server, not on external platforms, so playing them tells nobody about your visit.
- No external fonts or libraries. Every resource the site loads — fonts, stylesheets, images and scripts — is served from our own server. Your browser does not connect to any external domain while you browse these pages.
3. Why we do not ask for your consent
Article 22(2) of Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services requires user consent before storing or retrieving data on their device. Since this website stores nothing, no such consent is required and no pop-up notice is displayed.
Should we introduce analytics cookies, or any other kind requiring consent, in the future, we would update this policy and first enable an acceptance and rejection system with equivalent options, before installing any cookie.
4. Data recorded by the server
Independently of cookies, every web server keeps a technical record of the requests it receives. In our case, the server records the source IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type.
This log is inherent to the way the Internet works and is kept solely for security purposes, incident diagnosis and the prevention of abusive access. It is not cross-referenced with any other information, it is not used to identify visitors or to produce audience statistics, and it is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required.
5. Links to third-party services
This website contains links to external services: our social media profiles, the virtual classroom platform, the content server, the resources area and the WhatsApp link.
While you remain on escudoweb.com, those services receive no information about your visit, because none of their content is embedded in our pages. However, the moment you click one of those links you leave our site and enter a third-party service that may install its own cookies and apply its own policies, over which we have no control.
We recommend reviewing the cookie policy of each service before using it.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser
Even though this site installs none, you can review, block or delete at any time the cookies stored by other websites from your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Android: Browser settings → Privacy and security.
- iOS: Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security.
Please note that blocking all cookies may prevent other websites that rely on them from working properly.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended if the technologies used on the website or the applicable legislation change. Any change will be published on this same page together with its update date. If a change involved installing cookies requiring consent, that consent would be requested in advance and explicitly.
